Job Description
Enhance children's camp adventures as a Camper Care Day Camps Supervisor. Lead recreational activities, ensuring a joyful and inclusive experience for kids aged 4 to 12.
In this role, you'll supervise inclusion counselors and craft a supportive camp culture. Your focus will be on engaging children through activities that foster self-confidence and friendship while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and manage the delivery of camp programs
• Provide training and support to counselors
• Actively participate in sports and activities
• Cultivate a safe and inclusive atmosphere
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of areas
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in camping and education
• 2 years of supervisory role experience
• Experience with children with behavioral or physical needs
• Effective conflict resolution skills required
• Valid work permit for Canada needed
