Foster leadership skills as a Camp Counsellor for a CEO program. Engage deeply with guests, facilitating conversations and experiences in a nurturing environment.
This role requires a passionate individual to guide CEO guests through an enriching 4-week program focused on leadership development. As you live and eat alongside the guests, your responsibilities will include organizing activities, leading discussions on Christian principles, and ensuring a fun, safe atmosphere. You will play a critical part in their leadership journey while encouraging personal growth through group dynamics.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee guests during all camp activities • Engage in one-on-one discussions with participants • Host and lead evening program activities • Coordinate small group discussion sessions • Actively participate in camp functions and events
