Enhance security at YM Inc. as a Camera Monitoring Loss Prevention Associate dedicated to retail theft prevention and investigations. Work from North York, ON in a supportive team environment.
In this role, you will manage video monitoring to detect and investigate theft activities. You’ll be responsible for auditing compliance with Loss Prevention guidelines and communicating the results with the operations team. Additionally, you’ll provide real-time support for shoplifting incidents and maintain system functionality by troubleshooting when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor video for internal and external theft cases
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies
• Document and log all investigations properly
• Relay findings to Operations and Loss Prevention teams
• Provide live assistance during theft situations

• At least 2 years of retail industry experience
