Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage advanced estate planning matters
• Provide mentorship to junior legal staff
• Handle sophisticated estate files, including high-net-worth cases
• Transition and grow a partial book of business
• Participate collaboratively in a hybrid work model
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in estate planning
• A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Strong knowledge of Ontario estate law
