**- Practice active listening skills- Customize sales pitches and presentations to resonate with the specific interests and concerns of each prospect as an ice-breaker- Meet or exceed daily call quotas.
- Implement effective questioning to uncover hidden objections and address them proactively during the sales conversation.
- Offer a survey at the end of each call.

**- Proactively seek out potential clients to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to create a personal portfolio.
