As a key player reporting to the I.T. Manager, you will handle incidents across two data centers, support service requests, and perform critical maintenance activities. Your experience in network administration will be essential for leading projects and guiding junior staff while seeking enhancements in operational efficiency and capability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure continuous uptime of data centre services
• Handle troubleshooting and maintenance of all systems
• Lead the strategic design of network documentation
• Develop talent through training and mentorship
