You will assist with patient assessments and ensure effective implementation of care plans, while supervising nursing staff. This position is key in supporting overall resident welfare within the long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care following established nursing standards
• Assist in the continuous assessment of patient needs
• Manage the nursing and personal care staff effectively
• Conduct performance reviews and address concerns as needed
• Direct nursing functions in the absence of the Director
Requirements:
• Current certification from accredited nursing programs
• Registered or eligible for professional registration
