Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure passenger safety and manage emergency procedures
• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests
• Adapt to a schedule including weekends and holidays
• Travel for up to five days at a time
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and crew
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Advanced spoken and written English skills
• Proficiency in a second language is advantageous
