- Lacks the practical application of current building and plant maintenance and regulations required. Lack of French Language skills.
- Has very limited experience in both the management and practical aspects of running a building similar to that required. No indication of any French.
- Limited experience with HVAC and BMS, plus he may not be up to date with EU regulations for electrical installations. Deemed Not-Suitable.
