This is not a typical assistant role — this is a key leadership support position responsible for ensuring seamless operations across listings, buyer transactions, client communication, and internal systems. You will work directly alongside top-producing agents, playing a critical role in delivering a 5-star client experience while maintaining strict compliance with Alberta real estate standards.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused , with the ability to take ownership of tasks, anticipate needs, and execute at a high level without constant supervision.
