Coaching buyers on maintaining focus on category assortment and pricing strategy.

Developing and implementing purchase timing strategies and action schedules.

Evaluating supplier quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers. Awarding contracts and monitoring adherence. Managing ongoing communications with suppliers.
