Buyer (Heroica Nogales)

Responsible for acquiring the goods, services and raw materials necessary to guarantee the Production Operation, administering inventory levels, and maintaining and updating MRP parameters for components under your responsibility.

• Guarantee the supply of raw material to the Production Lines on time and with the required quality to avoid problems in the Manufacturing Process and comply with CRD.
• Ensure planners sign Production Plans 6 to 12 weeks rolling to facilitate timely ordering of necessary supplies and services.
• Monitor exception reporting and send weekly Molex Open Orders to obtain status of each open order with the supplier and act as pertinent.
• Manage the life span of raw materials, acquiring appropriate inventory levels by analyzing demand and consumption before making purchase commitments to avoid excess inventory.
