Job Details

• Salary: 23.87 to 28.66 hourly (to be negotiated) / 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote option.

Work Setting

• Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment

Responsibilities

• Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
• Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging
• Remove bones from meat
• Check products for quality control

Equipment and Machinery Experience

• Knives
• Power cutting tools
• Saws

Safety

• Criminal record check
