Requirements Mandatory Skills: Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Workforce Dimensions) End-to-end cloud migration experience from WFC to UKG Pro WFM Strong expertise in WIM, Dell Boomi Integration Hub & REST APIs Experience managing InTouch (9000/9100/DX) & 4500-series time clock devices Knowledge of firmware compatibility assessment & rollout Experience handling global / multi-region workforce deployments
