Business Systems Analyst - Data Focus

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a mid-level Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support upcoming strategic initiatives focused on data consolidation, system design, and portfolio-level analytics within Capital Markets. This role will work closely with Front Office, Global Credit, Collateral, Treasury, and Risk teams to help move the organization from siloed data to a consolidated, analytics-driven platform.

The ideal candidate has a strong appreciation for data, takes ownership of outcomes, and can operate with limited direction while managing end-to-end delivery.

System Design & Data Strategy

Support the design and integration of a new data platform, including how data is captured, processed, and consumed across teams.

Analyze existing systems and datasets to make sense of fragmented data accumulated over the last 4–5 months.
