Business Support Analyst, Parts & Service Business Planning

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Business Support Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Parts & Services Business Planning team to identify opportunities and move the Parts & Service business forward.

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze and distribute various reports based on review of eComposite, Financial Statement Analysis, Webi, Profit/Loss opportunities, national & dealer KPI dashboards;
• Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations;
• Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information;
