Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of annual and mid-term planning cycles, ensuring full alignment between UCB Brazil’s local ambition and global/regional strategies. Translate strategic objectives into robust operational plans, incorporating feasibility assessments, resource allocation, and OKRs/KPIs governance. Design and implement planning frameworks that foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
