Business Solution Consultant – Implementation (WFMgr)
ADP is hiring a Business Solution Consultant focusing on our WFMgr (WorkForceManager) product. You will support the Major National & HRO Implementation team in Canada, leading solution development, participating in ADP project teams, and ensuring quality and timely implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of sustainable implementation solutions and procedures.
- Support technically challenging implementations requiring “outside the box” solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal clients, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
- Maintain ADP Canada implementation best practices using product information, tools, and documented procedures.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Management and Enterprise Learning teams to produce training material.
