Digitalize processes, automate reports, and build dashboards with FBS Mexico Central, gaining a global view of operations

+ **Project Coordination Support:** Help coordinate day-to-day project management activities (highly concentrated in talent management, finance and corporate communications) for capability transitions, resource planning and headcount tracking, knowledge transfer and skilling initiatives.
