Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the organization’s business process framework, standards, and governance model.
• Map, document, and optimize end‑to‑end processes across functions (Aftermarket, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.).
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and ensure consistency in process execution.
