As a vital member of the Operational Excellence team, you will spearhead key projects aimed at operational efficiency and waste reduction. You are expected to present insights to senior leadership while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on training and coaching. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing real-time performance reporting and analytics that support decision-making.
