Business Partner Specialist (12 month contract)
The opportunity
In this role, you will partner with our Investments Business Partner team and other key stakeholders in P&C and functional groups (i.e. Finance) to provide support on a variety of activities and annual P&C programs.
Who you'll work with
Reporting to the MD, Business Partner (Investments), this role will support aspects of P&C Business Partner Services. Working closely with members of the business, P&C Business Partners and Manager, Business Partner Support, People Operations and COEs, you will partner on key initiatives and programs to support the delivery of day-to-day activities.
What you'll do
Supporting Business Partners for Annual Programs
Prepare support materials/tools for BPs of annual programs, including Compensation, Goal Setting, Workforce Planning, and Talent Review.
