Business Partner - People, Culture and Performance

Hybrid work: The successful candidate will be working at our Toronto (67 College Street) or Brampton (100 Parkshore Drive) site office with a mixture of on-site and off-site work. Employees are expected to have an in‑person presence for at least 40% of their work time.

About The Role

The Employee Relations team supports Canadian Blood Services by partnering with leaders to achieve business objectives in a highly regulated, complex environment. The successful applicant will develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with leaders, employees, and unions. In this role, you will provide strategic input to operational issues and be accountable for the regional delivery of business partner services that support achievement of business objectives.
