Business Operations Manager (Palmyra)
Full-time, direct hire. Oversee operations for a campground, two golf courses, pubs, Airbnb rentals, and support services that make the location a community hub.
Responsibilities
- Partner with ownership on planning, reporting, and projects.
- Track sales, expenses, and performance across businesses.
- Improve systems and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Coordinate outsourced bookkeeping and oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll using QuickBooks Online and Paylocity.
- Ensure accuracy across departments.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and compliance (Maine).
- Supervise 2–3 team members, build smart schedules, and support team culture.
- Oversee technical systems for campground, golf, and rentals.
- Resolve reservation and billing questions.
- Support peak‑season readiness.
