The role

You will be the financial and operational engine of a lean, fast-moving agency. Beyond keeping things running, you will bring analytical rigor to business performance: tracking budgets, monitoring project margins, and giving leadership the clarity they need to make sharp decisions. Think business controller with a strong operational dimension. You ensure not only visibility, but also execution discipline across projects and financial processes.

• Own business analytics and financial reporting, track project margins, monitor budgets, and provide leadership with clear, actionable insights
• Ensure projects are well-structured and running smoothly, in close collaboration with the project management team
