Job Description
Are you a corporate lawyer with 5 plus years of experience looking for a new home? If you are, Cleveland Doan LLP would like to talk to you. The ideal candidate will have an existing client base but with room to take on and grow the firm’s client base.
The position also offers a unique opportunity for the successful candidate to build on a well‑established solicitors practice with an existing client base of over 350 companies spanning over 30 years, and to work with a highly skilled corporate paralegal.
This position will involve:
- Contract Drafting and Review
- Corporate Reorganizations
- Incorporations
- Commercial Borrowing
- Buying and selling of businesses
- Real Property Transactions
- Creating trusts and implementing other accountant driven planning
