As a Business Process Expert specializing in Business Intelligence, you'll work closely with process owners across the Americas. Your role will focus on improving processes, managing BI reporting, and developing dashboards to support operational improvements. You’ll also lead training efforts for key user networks to maximize system usage and efficiency.
