Job Description
The BDR at GoldStar by Solera is responsible for driving top‑of‑funnel growth by engaging U.S.‑based dealership customers and creating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process for building the sales pipeline.
- Prospect and engage net‑new dealer accounts to generate new business opportunities.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, sequences) to build pipeline.
- Identify key decision‑makers and qualify new logo opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover needs and position GoldStar’s value.
- Create and convert Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for the sales team.
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline and activity targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage pipeline progression.
