Job Description
Guardian is seeking a Business Data Analyst to play a central role in our largest technology‑and data‑enabled transformation. You will partner with business process owners, workstream teams, Data Management, Data Engineering, and BI Delivery to lead data‑focused discussions, clarify requirements, and define acceptance criteria that enable delivery teams to build solutions that inform decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business‑data liaison for assigned workstreams; participate and collaborate during requirements definition.
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders to identify, design, and build reports; author Lean Spec / requirement documents.
- Translate reporting needs into build‑ready requirements in partnership with BI Delivery and Data Engineering.
