Business Change Manager - Transportation, Safety, & Compliance

Leads cross-functional change by aligning people, processes and technology to improve business performance and drive innovative solutions, particularly those related to transportation safety and compliance across Canada. Plans, coordinates, and leads key initiatives including project development and strategic execution. Provides business support, serving as a technology and business advocate. Facilitates development of clear cases for change, desired outcomes, accurate scope and associated financial analysis. This position requires a high level of written and English proficiency. This role requires frequent travel to our Canadian Distribution Centres.

What We Offer:

• The salary range for this position in Ontario and British Columbia is is $95,000 to $115,000 plus a 20% bonus potential.
