About the Role

The Business & Policy Analyst participates in all phases of analysis involving complex business requirements for student-related enterprise systems and programs. The position consults and collaborates with users and business stakeholders within the AVP Students and International portfolio, the Faculties, and other service units across the institution to lead projects, analyze business needs, develop policy and document business processes. The Business & Policy Analyst facilitates large‑scale projects, business requirement gathering and process description reviews from internal and external stakeholders, involving complex task and workflow analyses; writes business processes and related functional specifications; plays a key role in re‑engineering business practices; analyzes and provides guidance and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders for policy changes; designs and helps to implement change‑management plans; develops and coordinates functional t...
