This role collaborates with cross‐functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the implementation of technology or process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements GatheringConduct detailed analysis of current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to collect input from subject matter experts (SMEs).
