Business Analyst (Wealth Management - Operations)

Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire Business Analyst (Wealth Management - Operations) for their team with a contract for 3 Months with potential extension or possible conversion to Permanent. Hybrid 3 days a week (Mon, Tue, Wed) in Toronto Office.


Typical Day in Role:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across multiple groups (including Scotia McLeod, Operations, Finance, etc.) to gather and write requirements using their Business Requirement Document (BRD) to clearly outline current state and ideal future state.

After 3 months, they're hoping the Business Analyst can clearly lay out the change required for a Developer to come in and enhance their calculations for how these commissions are paid out to Advisors, but ideally this Business Analyst will be able to uncover other potential obstacles or changes that could benefit the bank.
