Role Descriptions

The Systems Analyst (BA) will conduct requirements gathering sessions and other BA activities with a large diverse set of Product Controllers and Finance Controllers for medium to large size project initiatives. The analyst will provide a high‑level key deliverable plan and detailed breakdown of major tasks, understand various Capital Market Products, differentiate trade economics, map and trace source data to WSB applications, and assess impact on requirements gathering and solution design for change requests and major programs. This position requires extensive interpersonal interaction at all levels within the organization – from technical personnel to high‑level management – and excellent communication skills.
