Business Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support Operational Risk initiatives with a focus on GenAI and data-driven solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing risk processes, and translating business needs into clear functional and technical documentation for Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, process flows, data mappings)
• Support Operational Risk processes including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
• Work closely with stakeholders to define solution requirements for risk and data initiatives
• Perform SQL-based data analysis and support source-to-target data mapping
• Collaborate with Agile teams (Scrum) to support end-to-end delivery
