Must Have:

• PR/Citizens Required
• 10+ years experience
• Worked as a BSA/BA – building a system, analysis of different types of applications
• Facilitation and Documentation Experience (Jad sessions)
• Business Process Documentation
• Creating Product Road Maps – translating tech requirements to business requirements
• Multi‑task oriented, work on multiple projects
• Visio Experience

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365
• UAT
• Web development UX
