General Description

A Business Analyst for Our People Insights is responsible for the analysis of HR data, primarily related to employee’s learning and development within Popular. This role will support HR and senior leaders in monitoring key people metrics, while contributing to the decision-making process. 

Creating and monitoring metrics, reports, data visualization, and providing meaningful insight though storytelling will help define the strategies for improving the employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Capture quantitative and qualitative meaningful data related to our employees’ learning and development opportunities.

Develop monthly metrics and insights on employee’s learning and development opportunities and employee satisfaction.
