- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements within the Credit Risk environment
- Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized projects from initiation through to successful delivery
- Act as the key liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product & Service teams, and IT development teams
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Create, execute and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Coordinate system rollouts, training activities and change management communications
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency and data quality across credit processes
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders
