Job Description

What you’ll do:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across Transportation, Operations Planning, Finance, Distribution, and IT to gather requirements and support development, testing, and successful implementation.
+ Apply supply chain expertise to ensure delivered processes and system solutions meet business needs and remain sustainable for front-line operational teams.
+ Develop a strong understanding of the system enhancements delivered through the TMS optimization program.
+ Support testing by using documented requirements and user acceptance criteria to confirm system configuration performs as expected.
+ Manage assigned activities in line with enhancement timelines and the agreed-upon detailed design.
+ Lead implementation activities with impacted stakeholders by providing updates, responding to inquiries, and supporting training delivery (formal and informal).
