You will collaborate with a skilled team in the Business Engagement Services (BES) department, focusing on process improvements and technology solutions. Your responsibilities include gathering information, analyzing operations, and developing recommendations that align with strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather data from various stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities
• Communicate analysis findings to relevant stakeholders
• Develop and enhance business processes and efficiencies
• Assist in documenting processes impacted by system changes
• Participate in onboarding and goal-setting sessions
