Business Analyst (Heroica Nogales)

Business Analyst I – Operations is within CG’s Nogales Engineering group. A successful incumbent is expected to analyze data and prepare information for Sr. Plant Management report‑outs; lead continuous improvement projects for transactional areas; coordinate smart factory efforts toward data processing optimization and automation.

• Operations metrics/data analysis from MDI process: organize, consolidate, and prepare reports for Sr. Plant Management.
• Participate in digitization efforts to automate reports, create databases for information consolidation, and optimize data and reports generation (via PowerTools and/or MII).
• Participate in process improvement projects for transactional processes using Lean methodologies.
• Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
