Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Business Analyst to drive a critical Equity Shareholder Disclosures initiative within our Capital Markets division. This project involves the selection and integration of an external regulatory technology vendor to automate the tracking and reporting of global equity positions across the bank's trading systems. The successful candidate will be the primary bridge between business, internal technology teams, and external vendors to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Lead the end-to-end documentation of business and technical requirements across multiple trading desks and compliance departments.
