• Work closely with business and technical teams to perform gap analysis and improve processes.
• Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and business analysis artifacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
• Support project planning, risk identification, and change management activities.
