Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Global Fraud Technology team in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted comply with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Assist the Product Owner/Project Manager by conducting research and analysis, and accurately and clearly defining user requirements and processes to assist in the resolution of highly complex, multi‑faceted problems to meet the needs of the supported Line of Business.
