Coast Mountain Bus Company (CMBC) is a leading transit operator in Metro Vancouver, managing a diverse fleet of buses and ferries. This role focuses on facilitating and optimizing technology service delivery between CMBC business units and TransLink’s Business Technology Services.

Responsibilities

Facilitates and optimizes technology service delivery between CMBC business units and TransLink’s Business Technology Services. Serves as the operational point of contact for intake, triage, prioritization, escalations, and stakeholder communications at CMBC.

Aligns CMBC business requirements with technology products and services currently provided by Business Technology Services (BTS), and identifies requests that represent new, unique or emerging needs not met by existing internal solutions.
