Job Description
General Responsibilities The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and directing the engineering department, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and optimization of both hardware and software systems. This role focuses on achieving high-quality engineering standards, cost effective solutions, and operational efficiency. The Engineering Supervisor will oversee personnel, engineering projects, and department performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or 60 credit hours in an electrical engineering curriculum with 10+ years of experience in the electrical controls industry).
At least 5 years of industry-specific experience.
