Applicants must hold a Grade 12 diploma, relevant engineering certificates, and have a minimum of three years experience in building operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate mechanical and electrical systems successfully
• Organize and direct caretaking staff activities
• Act as liaison to tenants and partners
• Develop effective preventative maintenance solutions
• Process maintenance requests efficiently
Requirements:
• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
• Must possess a Fifth Class Engineers Certificate
