What will your daily life be like?

1. Management of the department as a whole:
2. Manage the department’s human, material, budgetary and software resources.
3. Participate in the strategic development of the department.
4. HR/Recruitment/Performance appraisal.
5. Monitor and develop resource efficiency when carrying out projects.
6. Technical development, innovation, BIM.
7. Monitor department projects: Quality, Performance/efficiency, Choice and technical orientations.
8. Support business development, participate in the drafting of service offers.
9. Maintain and develop relationships with our partners in complementary disciplines.
