The Building Inspector (Insurance Loss Prevention Associate, LPA) reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and is responsible for undertaking complex risk assessments of farm, residential and commercial properties to provide technical advice on risk management and claims prevention to reduce loss rates. The LPA conducts thorough inspections and implements effective loss prevention approaches. The incumbent provides recommendations for specific, corrective actions as necessary to prevent losses before they occur.
