Building Caretaker(Part-Time)

We are looking for a Building Caretaker (Part Time) to join our Residential team in St. John's, NL . Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor , you will provide basic maintenance and general upkeep to Northview property grounds and buildings, depicting the pride of ownership and respect for our residents and delivering on our promise to residents to provide a safe and clean home in which to live. This position requires someone who is passionate about providing a safe and clean place for residents to call home.

Responsibilities

• Clean all common areas including entrance and exits, and ensure walkways are clear
• Vacuum/wash floors, elevators, hallways, stairs, windows ...
